Recording Health Data

Blood Glucose

Blood glucose is the app’s central category. You can log measurements manually or sync them automatically from a compatible glucometer.

How to log a glucose reading:

  1. Go to the Data tab → Blood glucose.
  2. Tap the “+” button or the quick entry button.
  3. Enter the glucose value (mg/dL or mmol/L depending on your settings).
  4. Select a Time period: Fasting, Before meal, After meal, Bedtime, Other.
  5. Select date and time.
  6. Optionally, add notes.
  7. Tap “Save”.

Glucose Value Scale (mg/dL):

These ranges can be customized from Settings → Glucose goals.

Blood Pressure

How to log a reading:

  1. Go to the Data tab → Blood pressure.
  2. Tap “+”.
  3. Enter values for: Systolic (mmHg), Diastolic (mmHg), Heart rate (bpm) — optional.
  4. Select date/time and save.

Oxygen Saturation (SpO₂)

  1. Go to the Data tab → Oxygen saturation.
  2. Tap “+”.
  3. Enter the SpO₂ value (%).
  4. Optionally enter heart rate as well.
  5. Save.

Body Measurements

Track: Weight (kg/lbs), Fat percentage (%), Water percentage (%), Muscle mass (kg).

  1. Go to the Data tab → Body measurements.
  2. Tap “+” and enter the values.
  3. Save.

You can set a weight goal from Settings and track your progress graphically.

Medications

  1. Go to the Data tab → Medications.
  2. Tap “+”.
  3. Select a medication from the database or add a new one.
  4. Set the administration type: Pill/tablet/capsule, Injection, Inhaler, Drop, Patch/implant, Cream/lotion/ointment, Suppository, Liquid/solution/syrup.
  5. Enter the dosage and save.

Meals & Nutrition

  1. Go to the Data tab → Meals.
  2. Tap “+”.
  3. Search for a food item or enter manually: Calories (kcal), Carbohydrates (g), Protein (g), Fat (g).
  4. Set the meal type (breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack).
  5. Save.

Activities

  1. Go to the Data tab → Activities.
  2. Tap “+”.
  3. Select type: Walking, Running, Biking, Swimming, Basketball, Football, Tennis, Other.
  4. Enter duration, distance (optional), and calories.
  5. Save.

The app can automatically sync activities from Apple Health (iOS) or Google Health Connect (Android).

Lab Tests

Record the results of your blood and urine tests.
