In each data category, the page has three sections:
- List — Measurement history
- New Entry — Form for adding a new measurement
- Progress — Progress charts
Blood Glucose
How to enter a glucose measurement:
- Select “Blood Glucose” from the sidebar menu.
- Click “New Entry”.
- Enter the glucose value (mg/dL or mmol/L depending on your settings).
- Select Time period: Fasting, Before meal, After meal, Bedtime, Other.
- Select date and time.
- Optionally, add notes.
- Click “Save”.

Blood Pressure
How to enter a measurement:
- Select “Blood Pressure” from the sidebar menu.
- Click “New Entry”.
- Enter values for: Systolic, Diastolic, Heart rate (optional).
- Select date/time and save.

How to enter a measurement:
- Select “Oxygen Saturation” from the sidebar menu.
- Click “New Entry”.
- Enter the value SpO₂ (%).
- Optionally enter and theς heart rate (bpm).
- Save.

Body Measurements
Track your body’s progress by recording:
- Weight (kg or lbs)
- Fat percentage (%) — optional
- Muscle mass (kg) — optional
- Water percentage (%) — optional
- Select “Body Measurements” from the sidebar menu.
- Click “New Entry” and enter the values that επιθυwithίτε.
- Save.
You can set weight goal from Settings and track your progress graphically.
Medications
How to enter medication intake:
- Select “Medications” from the sidebar menu.
- Click “New Entry”.
- Enter the medication name.
- Enter the quantity and select administration method: Pill, Injection, Liquid, Drop, Inhaler, Suppository, Topical, Patch, Other.
- Select date/time and save.
Γεύμαthe & Διατροφor
How to enter a meal:
- Select “Γεύμαthe” from the sidebar menu.
- Click “New Entry”.
- Enter: Calories (required), Carbohydrates, Proteins, Fats.
- Select date/time and save.
You can set daily calorie and carbohydrate goals from the Settings.
Activities
How to enter an activity:
- Select “Activities” from the sidebar menu.
- Click “New Entry”.
- Select activity type (e.g. Walking, Running, Cycling, Swimming).
- Enter duration (minutes).
- Optionally enter distance and calories burned.
- Save.
Lab Tests
Record the results of your blood and urine tests.
- Select “Lab Tests” from the sidebar menu.
- Click “New Entry”.
- Enter theν test type and the units.
- Enter the value of the test.
- Select date and save.
You can define your own tests with custom measurement units.
