• Bolus Insulin — Recommended meal insulin dose based on glucose, carbs, and ISF.
• BMI — Body Mass Index with classification.
• BMR — Basal Metabolic Rate (Mifflin-St Jeor equation).
• GFR — Estimated kidney function (CKD-EPI 2021).
• HOMA-IR — Insulin resistance.
• ASCVD — 10-year cardiovascular risk (Framingham).

Emergency SOS

Send an immediate SMS to a trusted contact in case of emergency.

1. Go to Tools → Emergency SOS.
2. Enter the contact’s name and phone number.
3. Compose a custom message (up to 160 characters).
4. Optionally enable location sharing.

AI Meal Nutrition Estimator

Premium users have access to an AI assistant for meal logging. By describing the meal in the form’s Description field, the application automatically estimates calories, carbohydrates, protein, and fats without requiring manual calculation.

Usage is subject to rate limits even with an active Premium subscription. The results are provided as guidance and do not replace medical or nutritional advice.
