In certain cases, users who have upgraded their device to Android 15 may be unable to install the forDiabetes app via the Play Store. If you see a message stating that the app is not available for your device, you can proceed with installation via an APK file (sideloading).
Follow the steps below:
- Download the App
- Enable Installation from Unknown Sources
- After downloading the file, tap on it to begin the installation.
- If you receive a notification that installation is not allowed, tap on “Settings“.
- Enable the option “Allow from this source”.
- Complete the installation
- A security warning with a countdown may appear.
- Wait for the countdown to finish and confirm that you understand the risks.
- Tap “OK”, then tap “Install”.
- The app will be installed successfully, and you will be able to use it as before.
